Made my way here through the Dune fanlisting and saw the intensely atmospheric layout of your Dune shrine OMFG. Perfection. Your personal intro makes the book sound very accessible. <3 I had lots of fun browsing your creative and merry site, including the Funkeys and MySims shrines despite being unfamiliar with both subjects (Beebee sounds like a delightful desaster). There's so much love in how you arranged things all around (the drink collection!! the lil puddle for Wooper to hang out in... my heart ;_; also sobbing at the sight of all those fanlistings /screenshots for posterity). Thanks for sharing the link to Tippy.js too, which I might try out in future. :O I hope you continue to have fun working on this site, and that you succeed at finding the aesthetic and form that match your values and vision – and your memories and love for specific places in the world wide web. I would not worry too much about "community standards". The other websites, whether or not they fit into a category, will be there regardless, but (or just as) only you can create what you want to create. The site that is true to your self will surely find precisely the people it speaks to.

This is my last stop tonight through the indie web. I've been following random links all over the internet, all starting with a Fix It Felix Jr fan website on nekoweb.
